To obtain a land plot and access to engineering infrastructure from the state fund, an investment of at least 150,000 MCI (~$1.2 million) is required. You must submit an application along with the necessary documents, including the selected land plot, to the Regional Coordinating Commission (RCC) for approval. Land rental rates vary depending on the area, except for IZ (Industrial Zone) and SEZ (Special Economic Zone), where rental rates are equal to 0%

The amount of expenses before the RCC of each investor is individual, which depends on the cost of developing a business plan, building a work program, and the cadastral value of the land plot, which can be checked in the CSC (Citizens Service Center).

A project must meet certain requirements to qualify for investment preferences, specifically having a priority GCEA code (General Classifier of Economic Activities) and the necessary investment volume.
