4) upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute content without the right to do so under the legislation or any contractual relationships;

5) upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute unsolicited advertising, spam (including search), lists of other people's email addresses, pyramid schemes, multilevel (network) marketing (MLM) systems, Internet earning systems and e-mail businesses, "chain letters," as well as use the website to participate in these activities or use the website solely to redirect users to pages of other domains;

6) upload, send, transmit, or otherwise post and/or distribute any materials containing viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs intended to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer or telecommunications equipment or programs, for unauthorized access, as well as serial numbers for commercial software products and programs for their generation, logins, passwords, and other means to gain unauthorized access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as to place links to the above information;

7) disrupt the normal operation of the website;

8) post links to network resources, the content of which contradicts the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) assist actions aimed at violating the restrictions and prohibitions imposed by the Agreement;

10) otherwise violate the norms of legislation, including norms of international law.

Responsibility:

17. Users of the Website who unlawfully use the Materials published on the Website bear responsibility on their own and at their own expense (without involving the Website Owner) for unauthorized copying and use of the Materials in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

18. The Website Owner is not responsible for the harm caused to the User by third parties, including through the Website and/or using the Website capabilities.

19. The Owner reserves the right to protect its rights and legitimate interests by all legal means, including in court.
